FAQ How long does it take to receive a ring after purchase?
Because each ring is made from scratch, it takes about one to one and a half months from purchase to delivery. If you are in a hurry, please consult our in-store staff.
What is a set ring?
A set ring means wearing an engagement ring and a wedding ring stacked together. dot BRIDAL has many rings designed to be worn as a set. Of course, you can also stack rings purchased from different brands. Stacking makes your fingers look gorgeous.
I have a metal allergy. Is it okay?
Depending on the brand, rings on dot BRIDAL can be made in platinum, 18K gold (white/yellow/pink gold) or 10K gold (white/yellow/pink gold). If you tell us which metal you are allergic to, we can suggest options that will not cause a reaction.
Is the diamond included in the price of the engagement ring?
Prices for engagement rings on dot BRIDAL are for the ring only and do not include the center diamond. Please ask the store you plan to visit about the price of the center diamond. (The center diamond is the diamond set in the middle.)
Can I have an engraving inside the ring?
You can engrave the two of your initials or an anniversary date inside the ring. The number of characters depends on the ring size and design, so please consult the store you plan to visit. A secret stone set with a birthstone is also available as an option.
There are many brands — what are the differences?
Each brand has a different concept, with differences in design taste and price range. Gathering many brands to display in a single store is called a "select brand shop"; you can try on and compare rings of different tastes at once, so you are sure to find the ring that suits you.
Do wedding rings have to be purchased as a pair?
You may purchase just one. The gentleman and the lady may each purchase from different brands.
My ring got bent — what should I do?
If your ring is bent, please consult your nearest store. We will examine its condition and repair it. Depending on the degree of bending, repair may be difficult; in that case we can also arrange a paid replacement, so please consult our in-store staff first.
Could the diamond come off if I keep wearing the engagement ring?
Both engagement and wedding rings are made with strength in mind for long-term wear. However, impact may loosen the setting that holds the diamond, and it could come off. If that happens, please consult your nearest store.
Can I cancel after purchase?
Because we begin production according to the details received after purchase, cancellations and returns cannot be accepted.
I want to go see the rings — do I need a reservation?
A reservation allows us to assist you smoothly. To make a reservation, please contact the store directly. On dot BRIDAL you can also reserve from each store’s page.
