Do wedding rings and engagement rings need to be purchased as a set?: No. Wedding rings and engagement rings do not need to be
purchased as a set. Customers may choose to purchace them separately or as a set according to their preferences. Wedding bands can also be mixed and matched to create a personalized pairing.
Can you engrave the ring?: Yes. We offer engraving services. Customers may engrave names, dates, or short messages. The engraving options may very depending on the ring design and available space.
Can you resize a ring?: Yes. Most ring designs can be resized. However, the availability of resizing depends on the ring design and setting. Please consult us for details.
Can you perform repairs and maintenance?: Yes. We offer repairs and basic maintenance services. Additional charges may apply depending on the condition and required service.
How long does it take to complete the ring?: The production time for rings is approximately two months, as each ring is made to order based on the selected size. For rush orders, please contact us for details.
How should I care for my ring at home?: We recommend avoiding wearing the ring during heavy work or when in contact with chemicals. The ring can be gently cleaned with water or a soft cloth. When not in use, please store in properly. Professional cleaning and inspection are also available at our shop if needed.
What payment methods are available?: Visa / Master Card / American Express credit card / cash / Alipay HK
When is the payment due for the order?: For orders below HKD10,000, full payment is required. For order of HKD10,000 or above, a 50% depocit is required, with the remaining balance.
Is payment by installments possible?: American Express cardholders can enjoy up to 12 months of interest - free installments.
